Buying & Selling with Integrity

My goal is to negotiate a win-win contract for both the seller and the buyer.

A New Beginning for All!

Each and every one of us has been touched in both subtle and profound ways in this unprecedented time of change and challenge. Now, at last, we see positive strides in our social interactions and in businesses which are strongly regaining rhythm and momentum.

Being Present

Fortunately, some things --- more importantly, some wonderful people --- don’t or won’t ever change, no matter the circumstances, and these are the people we want and need in our lives. These are people who embrace lasting friendships, offer support and sometimes, counsel, and provide education about the industry they represent.  Often, depending on the people involved, lasting friendships born out of business relationships, form and solidify. It’s not terribly uncommon, but this generally boils down to simple reasons which are plainly understood. It’s simply because one business professional personally, sincerely and compassionately prioritized his communication with you in returned phone calls, emails and texts to ensure his understanding and efforts to satisfy (and probably exceed) the needs of his clients.

Lloyd Mandeville is that person.

The Old-Fashioned Handshake

You know him. He’s that hard-working, fourth-generation Bozeman local with over 44 years of experience in the real estate industry, who instinctively believes in the integrity of the trusting, old-fashioned handshake to seal a deal. Sure, reams of paperwork will follow, but it’s that kind of home grown sincerity and respect for himself and others, that flows naturally and creates trustworthy relationships. In fact, clients have said that he treats them like family! We need a soft place to land today when we embark on business deals. Lloyd provides such an environment.

You are the Priority

It’s been many years since he dutifully walked the five blocks of Main Street introducing himself to shop owners to drum up business. His sincere drive and commitment are as earnest and as steady as they were then, making you a priority.  Speaking with or meeting Lloyd is knowing Lloyd. It’s as gracefully simple as that. No fancy pitches, no loud bells or whistles; no snazzy neon marketing banners or chintzy promotional gifts, and no fast talking, as in, “I gotta’ go. I have another call.”

Who’s more important than you?

"You Still Get Me"

When you connect with Lloyd, you’re connecting and dealing with a knowledgeable friend; a friend who happens to deal in real estate; a friend who wants to know you and help you succeed. In times like these, especially, Lloyd offers the same consistent message he’s delivered for years when he’s asked why people should contact him:  “Because you still get me!” That is a complete and honest commitment.  No disclaimers. No tiny words in a contract that only a flea can read. Lloyd is that reliable presence. In his words, “Being there”, is first and foremost.  He is present, available and reliable. “This is about how we can help each other,” he says. “My job is to facilitate each transaction so you can focus on your goals, confident that I’m addressing every important detail on your behalf.”
